1. Who We Are

We're Tek Lek — a Pakistani online store that loves tech. From mobile accessories and car gadgets to vlogging gear, power banks, home decor, and mounts & stands, we bring cool, useful products right to your doorstep. We're based in Pakistan and proud to serve customers all across the country.

2. By Using Our Website, You Agree to These Terms

When you browse our site, create an account, or place an order, you're agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. That's it — no hidden surprises. If something here doesn't sit right with you, feel free to reach out to us before ordering. We're always happy to talk.

We do ask that you're at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to shop with us.

3. Our Products & Prices

We put a lot of effort into making sure what you see is what you get. That said, here are a few things to keep in mind:

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs. / PKR).
Prices can change from time to time, but whatever price you see when you place your order — that's what you pay. No nasty surprises at checkout.
Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colors and small details may look slightly different in person due to screen settings or minor product variations.
If we ever make a mistake in a product description or price, we'll let you know and give you the option to continue or cancel your order.

4. Placing an Order & Paying

Ordering from us is simple. Once you place an order, think of it as raising your hand and saying "I want this!" — we'll confirm it from our side and get things moving.

Orders are confirmed after payment is processed, or for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, after we confirm with you directly.
We accept COD, bank transfer, and other payment options shown at checkout.
If something goes wrong with your payment and money gets deducted without a successful order, please contact us right away — we'll sort it out.

Advance Payment Policy

Kisi bhi order ko dispatch karne ke liye, customers ko advance mein PKR 500 ada karna hoga. Yeh advance payment order confirm hone ke baad lazmi hai — dispatch tab hi ki jayegi jab advance payment receive ho jaye.

5. Our Deals & Discounts

We love rewarding our customers! Here's how our volume discount works:

Buy 2 products → get 5% off
Buy 3 products → get 8% off
Buy 4 or more products → get a full 10% off

Discounts apply automatically at checkout. Keep in mind that promotions can't usually be stacked unless we specifically say so, and we may update or end offers at any time — but we'll always try to give you a heads-up.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver all across Pakistan! Here's what to expect:

Standard delivery takes about 2–5 business days after your order is dispatched, depending on your city.
Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown before you complete your order.
Once your order ships, we'll share a tracking number where available so you can follow your package.
Sometimes things like courier delays, holidays, or situations out of our control can cause a slight delay. We appreciate your patience when that happens — we're on it!

7. Returns & Refunds

We genuinely want you to love what you ordered. But if something goes wrong, here's how we handle it:

Received a damaged, wrong, or defective product? Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We'll make it right.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories to be eligible for a return or exchange.
We're not able to accept returns just because you changed your mind — but we're always willing to hear you out, so don't hesitate to reach out.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, either to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
If you're ordering on COD and refuse delivery without a valid reason, it may affect your ability to place future orders with us. We hope it never comes to that!

8. Product Warranties

Some products come with a manufacturer's warranty — those details will be mentioned on the product page. Warranty claims need to be submitted with your order ID or receipt as proof of purchase. We'll do our best to help you through the process.

9. Our Content Belongs to Us

Everything you see on Tek Lek — our logo, product photos, videos, descriptions, and designs — belongs to us and is protected by copyright. Please don't copy, reuse, or republish any of it without asking us first. A quick message goes a long way!

10. Please Use Our Website Responsibly

We trust our customers, and we just ask for the same in return. Please don't:

Use our website for anything illegal or fraudulent.
Enter fake details when placing an order.
Try to mess with our website, servers, or systems.
Spam or harass us or our team through any channel.

We're real people on the other side of this screen, and we treat every customer with respect — we just ask for the same.

11. Our Responsibility Has Limits

We do everything we can to make sure your experience is smooth and your products arrive in perfect condition. But like any business, there are limits to what we can be held responsible for — things like delivery delays caused by couriers, or minor differences in product appearance.

In any case, our maximum liability to you will never exceed the amount you actually paid for your order.

12. Your Privacy Matters to Us

Our website and social media may link to external platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok. These are just for your convenience — we don't control those platforms and aren't responsible for what happens on them.

As our business grows, we might need to update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our website after changes means you're okay with them. If something major changes, we'll try our best to let you know.

15. We Follow Pakistani Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If there's ever a dispute, it'll be handled through Pakistani courts. Hopefully it never comes to that — we'd much rather just talk it out!
