- Delivery time may take 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and courier service.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned at checkout.
- Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (if available).
- Delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
- Customers are advised to ensure their shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must be available at the provided address to receive the parcel.
- If a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.
