• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
• Customers are advised to ensure their shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must be available at the provided address to receive the parcel.
• If a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.
